  1. Im trying to convert my copy of the blu-ray terminator salvation director's cut to a MKV but ripbot it picking the wrong files.

Its converting the director's cut part of the movie and not the move itself without the director talking.

    Anyway to get around that?

The director's cut parts is only available through the pop up mene.

Then you probably need to use bdinfo(choose correct playlist) and tsmuxer to rip out the correct m2ts for ripbot.

Or you can use ripbot for the video conversion tsMuxer to separate the audio you need for the movie and use MKVToolnix to mix that jont back together. A rip here and a code there and BANG!!!!

I usually play the longest couple of decrypted .m2ts files with VLC and find out which one is the correct file, then select it and the desired audio, then mux them with tsMuxeR and use that file with RipBot. Some BDs split the main movie and then BDInfo is handy to find out the playlist order. But RipBot usually gets it right on it's own.
