Just looking for some GOOD animated .gif software, possibly freeware. I do plan to buy a piece of software called Video Avatar, which i used before, that produced the CLEAREST animated .gif from video i've seen, bar none! It would allow conversions from any video format. I had to start from scratch, formatting my drive because of an evil virus that i could not eradicate, and i lost the software. I had paid for the software ($39.95 US) but i guess it only lasts a year before you have to pay again. I will buy it in again in a few weeks, but in the mean time, i am looking for some equally good software to product animated .gif files.
