So, I've installed the new Cap Card into my PC with no problems. The software it comes with runs fine and Windows isn't detecting any errors with the device or drivers.
But I'm not getting any output or input and I've even tried switching the cables just to be sure I've got good cables and they're connected to the proper devices.
I'm trying to use the card to Cap my X-Box 360. If I go directly from my X-Box 360 to my TV, it works fine, but when it is plugged into the card's Input (or output as I tried both), I get nothing. When I have the other HDMI port on the card plugged in and connected to my TV, I get nothing but a black screen -- I even opened a video file and tried using the software playback (which worked fine on the PC), but I still get no output.
I'm using the most recent software/drivers (v3.4), but I need help/ideas. I have the X-Box 360 set to output at 720p (which is a format I know the Blackmagic Intensity can handle) ... so I'm at a loss as to what to try next.
