    Is there a tool to edit video in .iso files? Any recommendation?

    Just extract the video with winrar and then edit.

    What do you mean by "edit" --- change the contents of the ISO, or edit something held inside of it (like video). If you want to edit video, then mount the ISO, extract the video, and edit.

    Is this a DVD image? if so, be sure to properly extract the DVD MPEG data, don't try to copy/rename VOB files. See a guide for this at http://www.digitalfaq.com/guides/video/edit-dvd-recorder.htm

    ultraiso can open, and you can change files in an iso then re-save it. maybe isobuster, never tried it though.

    @lordsmurf: by 'edit' I meant processing of a video embedded in an ISO, like cutting out ads.

    Then definitely mount the ISO, extract the video, edit it, then re-author and re-burn (or re-make ISO instead of burn).
