Demuxed a movie with PgcEdit and created new functioning movie with new audio, subs, chapters using MuxMan.

In VobBlanker, in the top pane, I select the main title in the original movie folder and in the lower pane elect to replace it with the new files from MuxMan.
The original main movie title is VTS_06 and the replacement is VTS_01.
The output consists of a movie with a functional menu, but the movie (VTS_06_1.VOB) runs 90 seconds (80MB) - I'm missing 7GB of my title.

it sounds like you clicked on the wrong ifo

In the title set, choose the title set that contains your main movie. All the PGC's of that title set will be displayed in the lower table. Click on the main movie and click the Replace button. Choose the VTS_01_0.IFO from the "remuxed" directory. For multi-episodes, you need to do this for each episode/vob. Then click on PROCESS!!. A log window pops up to let you know what it is doing.

  3. When you remuxed using Muxman, are you sure you loaded the Celltimes.txt file (File->Import Chapter) so you could get back all your chapters? If you can't remember, play the Muxman remuxed DVD and try to advance a chapter. If you can't, there's only one chapter and you screwed up. Or open the Muxman one in VobBlanker, highlight the video so it appears in the lower window, highlight it there, and hit the 'Cells' button to the right.

You mean to say that you demuxed using PGCDemux, don't you?

@Moontrash - thank you; I did that, but see the response from manono.

@manono, thank you;it was because I had not included the chapters file from PgcDemux (not PgcEdit as you correctly stated).

Previously I had included the chapters file (I then got the MuxMan error but after correcting the .txt file I forgot to open it for my subsequent attempts).

The new DVD (with functional menu) works as I had hoped.
Thanks again to both of you for responding.
