    A few months ago we hired somebody full time for systems administration/IT/etc - you know, a full time computer guy with over 10 years of 'professional' experience and a bunch of certifications.
    Everybody still comes to me for problems with their shit... My new standard answer is "I don't know, did you ask Brian?". **** 'em all! I'm so sick of earning that guy's paycheck for him...
