    How much did you spend on christmas presents this year?

    I spent a total of $65,even payed off all the bills on time.

    I spent under $200, and I gave mostly money. If people don't give me suggestions for gifts, they automatically get money. All of us hate dealing with post-Christmas returns.

    Just under $3K.

    42" HDTV, X-Box 360 Elite & a shitload of games for my three boys. Gift certificates from Best Buy for them as well.
    A ton of stuff for my daughter and her kid. Misc crap for the nieces and nephews and godchildren. Few hundred on
    the wife. I paid for all the stuff I received as well.........

    When I read the poll options I could only wish Christmas was that cheap - and we don't even have kids of our own. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $1000 (USD) spread out on 15 people, ranging from $150 to $25 on each - not counting what my girlfriend and I spend on each other. I'm a pretty big gift giver. We save and shop all year round, so it's not like $1000 at once, but more like $100 a month, cheaper than some people's, I know, holiday credit card bill
