Convert H.264 from my Veho Kuzo to DV AVI for editing in premier 1.5

i've got raw h.264 video from my veho kuzo hd camera

i need to convert it to something a little more managable for my ancient pc to edit it in premier 1.5 (ideally dv avi) - i know i'll be degrading the video quality a little thou as its going to dvd its not really an issue.

Try open the video in xvid4psp and choose DV under Format. Convert. You might have to install ffdshow.

You can also try other all-in-one converters like avidemux, any video converter, format factory, xmedia recode.
