First post, so I'm sorry if this comes off sounding noobish.
I have subs in .ass format for the anime Rosario + Vampire Capu2. I'm burning a friend some DVDs of this series, so I decided to hardsub and convert the .mkv's to avi's. However, half-way through the series (episode 6 and onwards) the subtitling group changed. The font and color scheme looked very good for the first 5 episodes, but the others all have a very ugly feel to them. Is there anyway to copy the formatting of the earlier episodes, but leave the script as it is? If that's not possible, is there a way to adjust the font and color scheme of the later subs in a Program like Subtitle Workshop?
Once again, thank you for bearing with me if this is a moronic question. ^_^
The image is to illustrate my point about the look of the subs

you might try importing the subs in subtitle workshop and saving them as *.sub and see it slears it up.
