When I rip a DVD using Smartripper(eg Pointman) in the info file generated is written 4:3 for aspect ratio.
When I load the VOBS into DVD2AVI and save project it says 16:9.
This happens on many DVD`s, which program is corect.
One of them is telling me bullshit.

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Actually you should recognize the difference between 4:3 and 16:9 Preview with dvd2avi, if the source is 16:9, it will be displayed stretched vertically. Probably dvd2avi is correct.
