Help!
I know my Hitachi 505E will play SVCDs, but I'm having
trouble recording SVCDs which will show on my 505.
Heres my dilema.
I rip DVDs using DVDx1.6 TO mpeg2. I then burn the
MPEG2 to SVCD using Nero + the MPEG2 plugin supplied
seperatly by Nero.
When playing the SVCD though my DVDROM drive(from
which I ripped from) there is no problems.
But when playing through the 505 Audio is not synced.
Funny thing is I've ripped a Black&White DVD to SVCD
with know problem.
I have a feeling that this is down to the Picture rate(BitRate) when ripping with DVDx and the Hitachi not able
to keep up. But what values would be acceptable for
the Hitachi?
Thanks in advance.
Nic
