    Hey all,

I'm trying to extract the audio from an FLV file, preferably in AAC format, but any audio format is fine. For reference, the FLV file is from iclips.net, similar to a YouTube video file, which I downloaded with FlashGot. I've found several freeware programs that do exactly the conversion I want, but none of them as far as I can tell support Mac. Does anyone know of a good program that I can use to extract audio from FLV files on a Mac, or am I out of luck?

If there are no such programs for Mac, what's the best Windows program that extracts audio from FLV files?

    Thanks a lot.

AVI Demux is available in both Mac and Windows versions, and should handle most FLVs quite happily.
