    Hi All
    I'm a newbie and I have been trying to backup my Blue ray collection to HDD using BD Rebuilder. But every time I start the backup I get the following error message;

    [22:35:28] Extracting A/V streams [VID_00001]
    - Error in attempt to extract audio/subs.
    - SPS picture order 6 not supported.
    [22:49:10] - Failed to retrieve audio, aborted

    I've used the lastest version and also the previous but still get the same message, FFDshow, AviSynth and Haali Media are installed on the computer. I'm using Win 7 64 bit OS with 400Gb of spare HDD and 4Gb RAM.

    Anyone have any idea about this error? I used MakeMKV out of curiosity and that backed it up no problem but I prefer to do it by BD Builder as It reduces the size of the file.

    Many thanks in advance

    Tony

    Thanks for your reply Balders, I was using AnyDVDHD and have now found that it was crashing at startup? Re-installed it and now all is working.

    thanks
