    I think this is a logical movie to remake. There was only one thing wrong with the original and that is that it was way ahead of its time and the technology wasn't there. Those old stop motion special effects always looked very cheesy to me even as a child.

    Yeah but the original is way a classic!!

    I still love it!!

    Even thought it was ahead of it's time for the effects they had back then it is still a great movie!!

    This one look's like its gonna SMOKE!!!!

    But i don't like the way they made the Kraken look...

    I went and saw the original in the movie theater when i was in my mid teens 8)
