Does anybody have any experience with this?
Can it be done via Component or HDMI with a Blackmagic Intensity card or a Matrox MXO2?

Thanks for your help.
I'm rather confused by the BD Drives available - is there one particular drive you would suggest I go for? -
I'm not a Mac fanboy, but I work with some. It's my understanding that Apple refuses to pay the licensing fee to BluRay so that means that OS X doesn't officially support any BluRay drives. You'll have to get into the esoteric world of Mac hackers to see if there is any unofficial support. I have no idea.
I'm also not sure what you mean by your subject about wanting to capture BluRay onto a Mac. You're going to need to be more specific about your desire. Input from a camcorder? TV captures in HD? BluRay ripping? If it's the latter, you need Windows. -
if my memories are not too bad…

byeFor DVD, iPad, HD, connected TV, … iMovie & FCPX? MovieConverter-Studio 3 (01/24/2015) - Handle your camcorder's videos? even in 60p or 60i? do a slow-motion? MovieCam. -
