Guys, i got this concert thats playing on wmp from a VOB file. How do i get it to burn to a dvd or vcd? Cheers!!

See "What is DVD", then read the dvd authoring guides.
wmp and dvdflick are tools. Each has it's usefulness.
In other words:
Install dvdflick on your pc and load the video file.
Author the dvd VIDEO_TS folder and then use imgburn (the only GREAT tool for burning) to burn the dvd-/+r(w).
It's that simple! -
WMP does not create DVD-compliant files. (Up in the top left corner of this site, you can find WHAT IS > DVD, which can explain the file structure.) Baldrick told you what will work.
