I used to convert my DVDs to SVCD using DVD2AVI to save the project then converting with TMPGenc.
It tooked about 6 hours to handler 120min movie in my P3 850.
I needed to have to subtitles so I used the guide presented in Doom9 for VCD, adjustign it to SVCD, so I was able to have subtitles via VirtualDub frameserving TMPGenc, but the time raised to 10 hours.
Why? Am I doing something wrong?
