OK, I USED to have Divx 3.1, Divx 4.12, SMR, and Tsunami installed. Then I tried to convert an .asf to an .avi, when it didn't work, I tried installing Nimo, and now I can't get ANY of my .avi's to play video OR audio.
Tried uninstalling Nimo, failed.
Tried uninstalling all the codecs, then reinstalling, failed.
Tried installing JUST Divx, failed.
I need to know how to get rid of all the old stuff, so I can essentally start from scratch - with only the codecs that came with my PC and audio players. Anyone know what I need to do?

Try control panel > multi media > devices > video compression codec's
This shows what you have still installed, you can remove them from there.
If you using Vdub it wont work on ASF files you need Vdub 1.3c to work with ASF files.
Divx 3.11 Alpha, Divx 4.12, SMR
Cool
