  1. I recently picked up a Western Digital Media Player Live machine. Can you start and view the movie with ALL the extras and if so please WALK me through the process.

If I backup my DVDs I have all the .vob files and others. Being a novice at this; what file does a DVD start with and will be used with the Western Digital Media Player Live just like a DVD player?

    Thank you and God bless,
    Craig

ISO plays just the movie. VOB does not offer a menu just the video files of the DVD. I have the media player but not the live version . I assume they would play the files the same way as your player does. I have had mine since it was first released in DEC 08 and my biggest problem is with WMV files not playing. But it seems to handle every thing I can find to play or look at. Hope this helps.

torrentlord is right, the wd media plays just play the main movie from isos, leaving you just the video, audio, and subtitle tracks. The new seagate media player does however play dvdiso's menu and all.
