    For those unfamiliar with the American football rules I'll explain. The big fat guys as those of you outside the US like to call them who are directly in front of the quarterback can't move once they assumed the position until the ball is snapped, even a flinch will cause a penalty. The defense on the other side can move around all they want but if they are across the line when the ball is snapped they will be penalized... strange clip though.
