For my project I want to use a DVD with menu's, but the video files themselves are VCD format. This is for size constraints. Does anyone know of software that will do this under Windows 7. Under XP I used TMPEnc DVD Author 3 successfully, but it won't run under XP.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Tried tmpgenc authoring works?
Tried run tmpgenc dvd author 3 in compatibility mode in windows 7?
And it should work with most authoring apps if you just change the audio because 352x288/240 mpeg1 is dvd compliant. You can try free authoring application like gui for dvd author, dvd styler, etc.
