    Hi,

I am currently backing up my DVD collection to an external hard drive in ISO format. I have a few movies which are extended over 2 DVD's.

I am trying to combine these into one ISO. I am not bothered about shrinking the result into one DVD, I just wanted to join the two disks into one seemless ISO.

I have followed a guide using DVD shrink but the resulting ISO file pauses between the two disks when I play it back.

Would someone be able to show me how to combine the two parts into one ISO please?

    Thank you.

  2. The pause is normal because they are two titles. You can merge the two titles into one or live with the pause.
If you want to go down the merge road then here's how to do it:
1.Use IsoBuster or DVDShrink to extract the VIDEO_TS folders.
2.Use VOB2MPEG to merge the files.
3.Use TDA,DVDFlick, etc to author and make an ISO.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
