    Hi,

I looked around the forums and couldn't find the answer to this question.

Looking to create a DVD from material that is on several DVD's.

What is the best format to rip to the PC, and than to put on a new DVD

The goal is to have the same quality as the original DVD and the newly created DVD.

"Ripping" gives you an exact copy of what is on the DVD....which is mpeg2.

  3. If you don't want menus or don't need to edit use DVDShrink to author, if you want menus and need to edit then use TDA.
