    Ok, i am a beginner in avisynth and i need some help cos i cant find any instructions on how to make the actual video.
    I have avisynth 2.5, and The Combined Community Codec Pack 09-09-2009.
    I have a MKV with h.264 video, aac audio,ass subtitles. I want to trim the last 10 seconds and save the movie as a OGM with out reencoding the vid, aud, sub. But i dont know how "talk" to the splinter and codecs in order to do this.

    If you're not reencoding then you're not using AviSynth.

    AviDemux
    trim the vid
    copy the video-/audio stream and set format to OGM
    save
