Does anyone have a recommendation for a bittorrent client on a Win 7 64 bit quad machine?
Are there any feeware ones which might take advantage of my new computer's capabilities over a 32 bit XP system?
Thanks!

The limiting factor with torrent clients will always be the network speed and any PC made in the last 5 years will easily keep up with the fastest available connection speeds. Use whichever client you want, it won't give you any performance advantage.
