    I am hoping that some one can tell me where I can find info on how to change those black pillar bars with 4:3 video in 16:9 project. I am creating a Christmas video and have a ton of old 4:3 video to use and want to be able to have grapics inthos pillar bars or use a video of a tree with blinking lights or something. Please help!

    What software are you using? You should be able to use mattes and overlays to do what you want.

    At the moment I am using Roxio Video Wave, but not crazy about that. I use to do Pinnacle Studio 10.5 but now all my PC's are Windows 7 so I am sure it wont work.

    VideoStudio has overlays, I use this as the main title and add my photos as an overlay.
    Just remember to use 856x480 for NTSC and 1024x576 for PAL as a background.
