The program is a dvd shrink for linux anyway since I'm very bored and took one class in programing thus I'm trying to get DVD::Rip to compile under windows but I have no idea as to what to do first. As far as I know my perl compiler is not finding the important files or is not setup correctly.

    Code:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner>C:\downloads\dvdrip-0.98.10\Makefile.PL
Warning: prerequisite AnyEvent 1.02 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Event 1.06 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Event::ExecFlow 0.62 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Event::RPC 0.89 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Gtk2::Ex::FormFactory 0.65 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Locale::TextDomain 1.16 not found.
Could not open 'lib/Video/DVDRip.pm': No such file or directory at C:/Perl/lib/E
    xtUtils/MM_Unix.pm line 2669.
Home page for DVD::rip is here

Wouldn't that tend to require Cygwin?
