I dual boot xp and linux. I need backup software that will image my whole c drive including the linux partitions on it. I've tried macrium reflect since it says that it supports ext2. The backup went fine with the windows partition but failed as soon as it hit the linux partition.
So what's another option? I'm getting ready to try paragon next.
Also I'm trying to keep this as freeware. I don't mind paying but if I can get by with freeware then so much the better. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles. Just a full backup of a dual boot system.
Thanks for recommendations.

Paragon free version would be my next recommendation. It's very good. Failing that you can try Clonezilla, which is Linux based and shouldn't have any issues. It is quite slow in my experience with it compared to Paragon and Macrium.

Okay. Thanks Poppa

Paragon worked great. Backed up entire hard drive including linux partitions by booting with the linux rescue cd and then running the backup.
