    I hope u guys can help me out here, i bought Extendet Edition of LOTR - Fellowship of the Ring (R1), and i wanna put some extra subtitles on it, keeping original size of the movie.

    Well the prob is everytime i Remux my files back togheter, there are missing some of the movie in the end of the movie, Movie and Audio are in Sync, as far as i can hear....

    I use PgcDemux for demuxing and MuxMan for Remuxing, i have tryed to put back toghter the movie in DVDLab pro also with same issue...

    The Subs are resync with the R1 ones and ready....

    I Think the problem is that the Movie is in NTSC (DF), so now i try to make it Pal with ConvertXtoDVD

    I'll tell u how it dit go, l8er today....

    It worked with the coding the movie to Pal from NTSC (DF), now the movie plays all the way and it don't cut the last 10 sec away

    So I dit following ->
    1: Convert the Movie with ConvertXtoDVD, and i set the Format to Pal.
    2: Demux the Movie that came out of ConverXtoDVD with PgcDemux
    3: Reatured it in DVDLab pro (Best program to set the subtitles correct) (Tahoma 20, Smooth Max, with Margins at 35)
    4: Opent the Original Ifo file with IfoEdit to get the correct times for Chapters (Exept the last Chapter)
    5: Compiled the project in DVDLab
    6: Burned to DVD
    7: Enjoyed the movie with the Custom Subs
