iPhone 3GS Custom Message/Ringtones

Hey guys,

I have just bought myself a iPhone 3GS 32gb and it is awsome! But there is one thing, could you guys recommend any software that you have experience with for making custom ringtones and sounds?

I have seen on google that there are some out there but I dont want to download any crap that might kancker the iPhone.

Check out Audacity. It'll import a whole bunch of audio formats and has a pretty small learning curve for what it'll do.

Plus, it's FREE! Can't beat that.

That could work too. I don't use iTunes myself so I had no idea about how that worked.

This method does work but if you want to make them in an easier way it would probably be better to find a program that converts to .m4a then just rename it to .m4r
