    Hi,

First visit here and need to expert help. I am trying to get media to be displayed on our Digital signage screens. There are certain video formats it recognizes for example:

flash SWF, MPEG Video with 6Mbps bit rate, AVI (5 Mbps) and WMV (5Mbps)

Alot of this doesn't mean too much to me and i want to display video that has been downloaded from you tube, so in .FLV format to display on the screens with as little quality loss as possible. Not too concerned at the file size at the moment.

Can someone suggest what the best format is to convert too out of those available. When i have converted to .AVI, MPEG4 the loss in quality is really obvious. It may well be that my export settings are incorrect.

Have been using any video converter and handbreak recently.

    any help would be appreciated

Try convert to avi xvid video and mp3 audio in handbrake, and increase the bitrate or the use constant quality encoding mode and increase the quality setting(under the video tab setting).

If it wont work then WE need more information what it can play as just avi, wmv, mpeg doesn't really say that much, like what video and audio codecs and resolution. etc.
