I remember Gingko becoming popular when I was doing my thesis back in the mid 90s. I never took any.
In the past year, I find it hard to concentrate or stay alert sometimes. I started taking Gingko Biloba about 2 weeks ago, and I've not felt this clear-headed in years. I can get more done in one day now than I could in a whole week even just 1 month ago. It's pure gingko, no caffeine or other crap.
It lasts about 6 hours, and then it's gone. Long enough to get in the day's work. 8)
Anybody else?

I did use it for at least a year (7 years ago), and I "thought" that it was indeed doing something, but then I read a "study" saying that it was pure crap... and I stopped using it. ;(
