vcd seeking on standalone player

I've made a bunch of vcds and they all play fine, but i noticed that when i try to go to a specific time (from the remote control) it won't go to it...

any idea what I should be doing when encoding/burning?

I use tmpgencoder and nero

if you look in the author section check out the how to burn svcd with nero. get the scandata file. i know your making vcd but that's what i did for vcd when i noticed the same problem
