I'm using Vista x64, KMPlayer 2.9.3.1428 and PDVD h.264/avc decoder.
After trying all of the video renderer, VMR9 seems to provide the best video quality and AA. However, there is tearing on bottom of the screen, so it's kind of annoying with 16:9 video. I have explicitly enable "Fix the broken VSync (Tearing) in VMR9/D3D 8", but that doesn't help. Actually all video renderers has tearing at bottom of the screen, EXCEPT "D3D 8 RGB Surface (Fix VSync)", but its AA is really bad.
There is recommendation that I should use EVR for dxva, however, black bars appear on both sides even the OSD info states output is 1280x720!
