I need help to download a video hosted in vzaar.com
I can't tell the url because it needs to log in (online academy).
I tried with rtmp explorer but i can't get there, it doesn't show the content well, probably because it is a onepage site with too much AJAX requests.
URL Snoop doesn't get any multimedia url. StreamTransport doesn't seem to get it either.
I have knowledge of HTML and javascript, so if there is a guide of how to get the url for tcmpdump, or someone can tell me how to get the video url of an embeded vzaar video, it will be great. It doesn't have any video tag "at sight".
Thanks a lot -
If "Http" you can use IDM , if "rtmp" you can use "rtmpdumphelper + firefox " to down but That way there are certain limitations.

Hey guys, I really need some help here.
In this video:
http://www.skynet.be/fr/festivals/graspop-2013/concerts-videos/21502
When Replay Media Catcher is on, it records the video, but its records a 900000 Bitrate.
As I saw in this link:
http://195.238.15.242/session/376013062481810339/vod/festivals/graspop_parkway_drive.ism/Manifest
There's is a 120000 Bitrate video.
Is there anyway I can get this video with the 120000 bitrate?
Thanks in advanced, and sorry my bad english, not my language. -
Hi guys, I'm trying to download the video here: http://tv.cntv.cn/video/C16624/013d4c6d5b6044eaa12568889def08a0 and I can't figure out how to get the rtmp from it. I tried Streamtransport, it shows nothing... rtmpsuck under win7 gives me nothing..
I'm open to ideas on what I can use to see the rtmp link.
Thanks in advance! -
Hi guys, I have downloaded the video from here: http://tvnz.co.nz/country-calendar/video but after I have downloaded the flv file, it does not play in the VLC player. It displays 120MB and 23:08 as the duration.
I used the RTMPExploreX to download this file.

Hello all, I am trying to download this video. I used some of the comments on this thread to try it, but when I used this code:
ffmpeg -i "http://hls.video.query.yahoo.com/3145e366-e41a-3ce4-95b4-ea76762e7367.m3u8?site=ivy®ion=US&lang=en-US" -c copy -absf aac_adtstoasc video.mp4
It gold me "permission denied, conversion failed" right at the end? What did I do wrong? Can anyone help? Or can I just not download this video?Last edited by lilpunkryo; 21st Jun 2014 at 00:25.

It sounds like you executed ffmpeg, or its files were located, in a directory/folder that requires some sort of admin privileges. If you're using windows, try opening the cmd window with admin privileges, or be sure that ffmpeg is in a folder that needs no such privileges.

Thank you, that seemed to be the issue! Sadly I didn't download the RIGHT video, it keeps giving me this video instead, so I'll have to keep trying. Very odd.
