Vlc just gives me a black screen (and a file 1Kb large)
When trying with Streamtransport, about halfway the movies start to stutter. (but the file sizes are what one would expect)

Any ideas?

PS streamtransport download locations stop at the .mp4, they do not include the .m3u8 Is that important? As you might guess, I'm a video newb

I tried several things from what I've read here,but nothing was working.

for example:"C:\rtmpdump-2.3\rtmpdump.exe" -r "rtmp://vrt.flash.streampower.be/ketnet2011_nogeo/2013/10/webk_optredenbandits_20131023_174033_Ketnet2011_D1 0.flv" -o "c:\video.flv" and saved this as a .bat file.

I always get:
