How to download flash video RTMP/RTMPE streams using free software

someone help me out to get this video. Got the m3u8 with getflv. Their was 2 different m3u8
Trying to get the video in the hightest quality possibly and both aac and ac3 audio. Dk how to get them :/

I'm trying to download this video from 4oD but with no success: http://www.channel4.com/programmes/charlie-brooker-videogames-changed-the-world/4od and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWbr5z1Uu_U. I can download a bunch of ads before video only.
Tried programs: RTMPDumpHelper, HiDownload Platinum, NetTransport, GetFLV, Replay Media Catcher.

I would be happy if someone would be able to download this video.

I tried GetFLV, under Safari I get 1 Url, and if it select it then I'm prompted to select a bitrate but no matter what I select the Bitrate screen never goes away. Under Chrome or IE it shows several URLs which is what I get from VSO. I tried the Video capture feature and it works but the audio is out of sync.
