Hi, I'm trying to download videos from here: http://cdn.livestream.com/embed/sage4

I tried it with a mac tool Jaksta, it downloads and then quits because the video pauses.
I'm on a mac so need to use rtmpdump

Im not sure what I'm doing wrong here, using rtmpdumphelper+rtmpdump. it works at first, but then it stop working I'm not sure why. at first i managed to download part 4 of the video in 720p. then i can't and only able to download it in 480p. but now i tried all quality, it won't capture.
