How to download flash video RTMP/RTMPE streams using free software

Hi guys I need your help to download videos from this site: “http://v3.webcasters.com.br”

It’s a protect site accessed by login and pass. I used URL Snooper and get two urls of video:
“rtmpe://123.456.789.10/XYZ_ABC_DE_Wowza/mp4:255698_51.mp4?ticket=000000657563\u0037id=5168 4585\u0037crc=3224653245”

and
“rtmpe://123.456.789.10/XYZ_ABC_DE_Wowza?ticket=000000657563&id=51684585&c rc=3224653245&codTransmissao=mp4:255698_51.mp4”

I tried with: GetFlv, RMC 4 (with and without rtmpdump), TubeDigger, RtmpExplorer, ffmpeg and rtmpdump without success.


For ffmpeg I used this command line:

ffmpeg -i "rtmpe’s address" -c copy t.ts

getting this error: Trying different position for server digest! | rtmp server requested close | Unknown error occurred


For rtmpdump this ones:

rtmpdump -r “rtmpe’s address” -o out.flv

rtmpdump -i “rtmpe’s address” -o out.flv

getting this error: Connecting… | WARNING: Trying different position for server digest! | INFO: Connected… | ERROR: rtmp server requested close

Anyone can help me download the video please ??

Hi all --

I am a newbie here and I had an issue downloading an rtmp stream. I used streamtransport to figure out the URL link (see below) but ST kept crashing when I tried to download. I tried rtmpdump, but it didn't work. Can anybody enlighten why? (note that this is a live stream and so it is not active all the time).

rtmp://live.liveibc.com/liveibc/9558294e98f88887585c75a73b3055.sdp

I use the typical rtmpdymp - r "the above link" -o "filename"

should I do somthing else?

for those interested, was enough for synthesis, using rtmpdumphelper, edit command.bat and add "-v" (the livestream parameter) at the end of the line and run it again.

I just don't get it when others report here that the YTF for Greasemonkey add-on (for either FF or Chrome) did not work for them. It hardly ever fails me in grabbing YT content. Exceptions -- of course -- would include locked or Private videos, and things that have been withdrawn from YT. Anyway, because it is always there in the browser, it's a lot easier than using something external. I'm picking up stuff with this regularly. (If you're using Win-8 or something like that, I guess YMMV. I'm using either 32 or 64 bit Win-7, or occasionally XP, plus the latest portable version of FireFox. It is important to keep even scripts like YousableTubeFix and add-ons like Greasemonkey up to date. I have seen them not work sometimes when they weren't, and then resume working again after they were made current. Some online tech details do change.)

Hi, I'm trying to download RTMP livestream pre-recorded video from this URL:

I have tried the latest version of streamtransport (v1.0.2.2171), but it says I need to upgrade my browser! Jdownloader doesn't work. I also tried Video Download Capture v4.5 trial version. It can download video from some other sites, but when I try from the talknowsa site, press play to play the video, it only downloads 10 seconds of video. I've tried changing the VDC software settings, but can only get 10 seconds/2.6MB of video.

Is there any free software that can download RTMP livestream video from that web site? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

can't help you because geo ip restriction but you try use RTMPExploreX or RTMPDumpHelper + RTMPDump
