Just log to your AEBN account (it is possible to create one for free even without a credit card, it just won't have credits), go to my account (top right), scroll down till you find "Video Settings" section, select the video option and then click "Launch Adaptive Test Movie". That's what I did.

Hi! Still looking for help with this issue.

The only videos I streaming videos I can get from AEBN are older ones. Check the picture below. See the different button for the video at top left? This kind of streaming I can not download, no matter what method I use.



I can download older videos. But the only way I could do this was: Clicking the desired speed button -> getting deliverStreamingView.asx file -> opening with Windows Media Player -> Replay Media Catcher recognises the link. In the past I could open the deliverStreamingView.asx file with notepad and then use a software like Orbit downloader to download the file to my HD.

When using URL Snooper I even get results pointing to the page we used to be able to use to profile which stream to use alongside which link. Could someone help me using RTMPE to capture from southparkstudios.com - I have tried using RTMPExploreX with RTMPSrv and suck, but the commands produced do not work (there was an error, which I am afraid I cannot get right now as it is on my other PC)

A long time ago, based on the RTMPE parameters someone else kindly helped me achieve, I built a cheeky little python script that generated scripts for all the episodes, all seasons, or gave the user the option to choose what episode/season they'd like. However unfortunately now the rtmpe commands don't work / have changed.

GETFlv does work, but since there are 4 parts to each episode and hundreds of episodes I'd rather get a command line script which I can then use Python to generate it for every episode.

Hi! I'm new here and thought I'd post a pickle of a streaming site.

I have been banging my head against the live streams at fengyunzhibo.com for a while now. They seem to use rtmpfp/flash p2p and some of the sites throw back an m3u8. while others don't. I can get a session ID and key for most of the streams, but I'm at a loss about using it in VLC/ffmpeg/whatever. Basically, all I'm trying to do is get the streams working in VLC or rtmpdump so I can watch on other devices.

An example channel would be:

I didn't yet explore that particular site, but it's likely a segmented type of http stream, the server can even send chunks of different bitrate/resolution according to current connection speed. That method is by Adobe. The known solution is a script by KSV for 'php' CL application. Look into this thread, I found much help here:

In my case I downloaded 257 chunks the usual way (by guessing partial file names for 720p version of the stream), then used the 'join' option of that script, got the wanted flv (like 800 MB). Another option with the script is direct download.
