Presumably these downloads require a payment and a (time limited ?) password . . . so, no one else will be able to test / duplicate whatever you are doing. RMC has not been held in high regard here for a long time now. Have you tried other downloading programs, such as ChrisPC, Videoget, or Tubedigger ? One of these might bring you better results. (?) Although not as preferable in terms of picture quality, screen recorders might in some cases be better than nothing. There are several of those around.

I can download them on the open chat yes, but not in private chat. As i mentioned before a couple of days ago i was lucky and managed to download 4 private videos out of 20 30 i tried. They are live streamed.
Seeker47, i did try tubedigger with no sucess last night. I will try videoget and chrispc today and ill get back to you. thanks! -
I forgot one: Fast Video Downloader (not freeware). Chris PC also has a supposedly more muscular "Pro" (payware) version, though I have no experience with it. Lastly I would mention TV Downloader, which has a thread here on VH, although it scrupulously obeys DRM restrictions and so would not be a candidate here. That covers my standard basket of capture tools: most of the time, one of them will come through for me. If I happened to be a lot more techie than I actually am, I would try a lot more of what you've been attempting with RTMPDump. The Tubedigger license is just 25 bucks and quite generous in its terms. That one has been among the most effective, but I mention it again because the developer has been more responsive to user problems and requests. Other than that: I dunno, maybe IDM or Ant Download Manager, which seems to have been improved lately. If this is an extreme toughie, it may be that screen recording is your only option. I'm not sure what excels in that category, if anything does, but someone else may have a recommendation there.

Does anyone else get this error when trying to see a geoblocked video of Yle Areena?
("Wow, something went wrong. Please try again later.")
I'm using a finnish proxy and get this error with different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Brave...)
Help please. -
