How to download flash video RTMP/RTMPE streams using free software

Hi guys,

Help with JWPlayer v8.4.2. Trying to download the 'HD1' mirror, with '1080p' quality from here: http://www.vtv16.com/phim/hoan-doi-5700/xem-phim.html

The devs have put some measure to prevent access Dev Tools. Some dynamically generated function gets into a recursive loop and calls the debugger. So, if you open the developer tool, it constantly stops and "never pause here" does not work either because its location keeps changing.
Regardless, I have bypassed this by disabling the debugger entirely.

Now, the next part is downloading the file itself, I have tried all possible methods but I cannot obtain any viable link, e.g. with .mp4, .m3u, .m3u8, etcs.
The only links I can produce are these (including a blob URL), but I can only obtain encrypted .txt files.
It seems to be pulling a file from Google Drive (via that blob URL), but I cannot extract the original source for the 1080p download.

I can download from the Google Doc links using youtube-dl or ffmpeg, but there are so many individual parts/mp4's to download - for every minute of the video file, there's a download link.

I'm also trying to figure out how to download the flirt4free VOD videos, I installed youtube-dl. But not sure what to do exactly..
Do i just copy your link and then replace certain things with something else? Like model ID and number for the video?
