How to download flash video RTMP/RTMPE streams using free software

That m3u8 only contains links to ten 8-second chunks. The problem is it's not on-demand video (where it is possible to first define all the links to fragments, then download all of them), it works like real-time streaming. The links to .ts fragments expire fast and the new ones (e.g. with extrapolated numbers) won't work until playback engine requests them from the server. So it looks only possible to download the fragments group by group while playing the video with the wanted bitrate and watching as the links with new numbers appear in AddBlock Plus etc.

rtmp code obtained. It was found by saving the webpage containing the video, inside there was a .txt file listing out 3 types of video url (rtmp, http and m3u8) with several resolutions. m3u8 method worked but the video is limited to normal quality while what I hope to get is HD quality.

UPDATE: The video can be downloaded using rtmpdumphelper.exe under Win XP SP2. This method failed under my Win7 64bit where the exe failed to attach to my browser.
So it's still a question to solve it under Win7 64 bit using a rtmp URL above.

With adblockplus running in in firefox i also get what seem to be chunk files popping in when 'manifest' search is enabled.

Usually, you can download it with AdobeHDS Downloader or maybe with livestreamer. In my case I had to use a slow proxy, so I downloaded fragments manually (they can be joined with the AdobeHDS script). Most likely, the authorization codes in the links are generated within a session, so if any problem, just get a fresh link to .f4m. The first digit in Frag link should be '0' for highest resolution.

But I can't figure out the filename, the source code says:

so {0}-{1} is for surely replaced by something, the question is with what?

But to get it, you have to have an account there + it's in wvm (widevine) format = encrypted.

How to trace wvm files to source mp4 files and download it as unencrypted?

Firefox + Firebug. Search in HTML tab for "filename" or "config" after playing video.

I hope someone can help me with this.
I'm a registered user at Digital Tutors. Due to not having so much of a good connection I would like to save videos for offline viewing and learning.
I have tried downloading the streams using IDM but I'm unable to play the flv as it's somehow corrupted.
I tried rtmpExplorer but when I'm logged out and download the free videos, they download completely and I'm able to play them without any problem. It's only when I'm logged in it just doesn't catch up the download and sits there idle.
