How to download flash video RTMP/RTMPE streams using free software

Any chance someone might be able to help me identify the proper command to dump the stream from http://kysdc.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=ione_listen_live ?

I tried using the following command without any luck:

Thanks for the reply. Sorry but i forgot to tell you IDM detects the stream only according to connection. With my slow connection i always get 360p stream to download. Where i know the original video is 720p because i downloaded it few days ago with the youtube dl method.

They have apparently disabled the flash media server (rtmpe). The video is still available in unencrypted hls using some mobile apps, but there is a secure (sent using app-only protocol) authentication token sent to verify the stream request was made within the app. youtube-dl authors are working on reversing the app authentication, but you can do it manually now if you run the mobile app in a VM.

I just downloaded SNL using youtube-dl with no problem. I used youtube-dl-2015.12.13.exe, which was the most recent version at the time I got that software, however, there are even newer versions now. Note the presence of ffmpeg.exe in the folder (see red circle).
I don't know why I put it there, except that Biezom said to do that (he will never explain the reason). If you look at the cmd window (see green circle) you can see that ffmpeg is listed, though I never put ffmpeg in the cmd (see red circle). I'm not sure what purpose it serves, and how it gets listed in the cmd window when I didn't put it in the command, but it works, and certainly Biezom will never explain, so I just keep it there. Note: the
-f hls-1032-0 (this comes from getting list of available files sizes, ie):

youtube-dl -F http://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/december-19-tina-fey-and-amy-poehler/2953030?fe=1

in the command is put there to give a smaller file size. If you omit that, ie,

youtube-dl http://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/december-19-tina-fey-and-amy-poehler/2953030?fe=1

you get the default file size which is larger.

Im trying to download videos from iba.org.il. This one for example: http://www.iba.org.il/program.aspx?scode=1971959
IDM used to download them. It managed to collect and merge the video chunks from the m3u playlist grabbed from the page when opened in firefox, but since last update of IDM, it only download the m3u playlist file.
The same is true for all iba.org.il video pages. (More here: http://www.iba.org.il/allPrograms.aspx?channel=3)
In chrome browser, IDM doesnt give me the playlist, just direct individual links to 3 ts chunks of the video, and it doesnt merge them.

The m3u files looks like this (with more than 300 links each):

I just wanted to make the note that the Video Download Helper for Firefox can download f4f streaming videos. From what I read it works by using the Adobe program that has been referenced in this thread. I found it works fairly well but it goes by whatever the lower quality stream pumps out. If it 360p then that isn't so bad. It if 240p or lower you shouldn't bother unless you were to watch that video on a very small screen. I confess I couldn't keep up with the complexity of how posters in this thread accomplished getting streaming video. I don't know how long VDH can continue to pick up the f4f streams as things like this are constantly changing. Also you have to patient and wait for the video to finish downloading. I have found you can start playing the video, press a button for VDH to record it and then you can back out of the player and VDH will continue to record the stream and it makes it go a bit faster since you are not playing the video at the same time. I also found that the VLC media player didn't like the completed video and only plays about 3 seconds of the video and then stops. Don't be discouraged, just take the file drop it into the Video To Video Converter, select Direct Stream Copy, change the output to an .mp4 file and the video just takes a matter of seconds to convert and then you will see that the resulting video will play in VLC.
