What programs do you guys recommend for changing MKV files into DVD with elaborate menus or at least menus I could make myself with customization for the dvds something like Nero Vision but that can actually support MKV files. Any good recommendations? It could be free or paid as long as it can do the above. Thanks so much for your time!

Sorry I think I posted in the wrong section betfore!!!

Just use a separate tool to convert the mkv to dvd mpg files, using for example AVStoDVD.

Then can you use most authoring applications like Nerovision, Tmpgenc Authoring Works, DVD-lab pro and import the mpg files. The video should not be reconverted again.

if that's the case what's the best converter to convert mkv to dvd mpg files? I used AVStoDVD but it didn't work.
What produces the same quality or at least similiar.
I tried super as well it's very bad quality or perhaps the setting. I have convertxtodvd the menu is not as customizable as nero vision and is there anyway to fit to disc?
If I put the highest quality I probably would only be able to fit one episode. or one file. Is there the option of fit to disc on convertxtodvd?

Following Baldrick's always reliable advice in another post, I tried FAVC to convert an mkv directly into a dvd. It is very easy to use and does a pretty good job.
But you need to re-author it with another program if you want a proper menu. I find that TitleWriter makes decent menus (main, chapters, setup) and is also very easy to use.
