    Hello everyone, I have an issue.

    I have a DVD that I foolishly encoded only wiht DTS audio, which I found out my DVD player cant read... i need to replace the DTS wiht AC3 audio (id still like to keep the DTS option though)...

    whats the best way to do this? I already extracted the DTS and converted it to AC3... i need to figure out how to mux it into the DVD...

    i tried following this guide --> https://www.videohelp.com/guides/category/how-to-backup-dvd-to-dvd-r-w-complex-6;57#667

    But when getting to step 4 the program fails. I have tried 4 times, same spot, every time.

    The DVD originally had PCM and DTS. PCM was ripped out.

    Use instead muxman to reauthor it. See for example https://forum.videohelp.com/topic374348.html and scroll down to muxman. You can also use vobblanker to add back the original menu.
