For a school project my computer science class, each student is required to fix up some old crappy 486 that has been collecting dust in our storage rooms. Here's the specs on mine:
1 Mb video card
50 Mhz DX2 processor
16 Mb of RAM
270 Mb Hard Drive
Remember when that was a good computer? :P
Anyway, it had a network card in it so I thought it would be fun if I got it on the network and possibly even the internet, so I spent and hour re-using, old cat 5 cables my school had laying around that were broken.(My school is very cheap when it comes to stuff like that) So any way, after making several new ends for cables, connecting them all with passive hubs and wiring it through a 25 foor ceiling, I plugged it in realizing that there was no novell client for dos installed on the thing. I tried looking all over the novell site for it but I couldn't find it, so I was wondering if anyone can provide me with a link to a Nw client for dos? Any help is greatly appricated![]()
