Have had no issues with audio and video sync when capturing video but have noticed on a couple of clips I have uploaded to Youtube that the audio can be slightly out of sync on the uploaded clip..
Anybody have any hints about how to prevent this from happening?

What format are you uploading to youtube? Video and audio codec and container(avi,mp4,wmv,mpg)? I would probably use xvid with mp3 audio in an avi.
