    You might be able to it using tsmuxer. Rip with AnyDVD and open the biggest m2ts and under cut/split use the cutting, output as m2ts and last remux to a new blu-ray using multiAVCHD.

    Or wait until BD-Rebuilder, Clown_BD, DVDFab, etc adds a blu-ray splitting feature.
