  1. Is there any program which does the same thing as Mapa Sub?
It is a program for displaying subtitles onto the screen image.

  5. There is such an application which is even better. It is called IGI Subtitler.

    "IGI Subtitler" by Edin Omeragić

This program let you show subtitle file into any other window of any application. Its main purpose is to allow subtitle to be shown over overlay area in which the movie is playing; it can be satellite DVB-PCI cards, port on graphic card from digital satellite receiver or from any other media player.

IGI Subtitler Filter can capture a frame from the screen by pressing scroll wheel (it creates *.png image on C:\IGI Subtitler - ###.png). This option works even if you are watching a movie through IGI graph — meaning that you are not necessery to run application "IGI Subtitler.exe" — it's necessary to use IGI Subtitler Filter for watching.
